When a runaway teen named Victor sets out to sell his stash of marijuana at a WTO protest, he just wants to make enough money to buy a plane ticket to leave Seattle and never look back. But when the peaceful protest turns violent, Victor's plans could be derailed, and the lives of seven individuals could be changed forever because of one afternoon.
