All aboard!

Depicts inventor Elijah McCoy, the son of slaves, who studied to become a mechanical engineer in Scotland. After he returned to America, the only job with a railroad was shoveling coal into the engine's firebox. He went on to invent an oil cup that dramatically increased a train's ability to travel faster and safer.
