Kell, the alien

When aliens land on Earth, they need to blend in and live while awaiting rescue, so they open an event-planning business. While planning an alien-themed birthday party for his neighbor and classmate, 9 year-old alien boy, Kell, discovers his principal is a UFO-chaser who would turn him over to the government in a snap.
