The moon bandits

A team of Xenoformers from Galaxy X are stealing the Moon and causing havoc on Earth, and while Superman tries to stop the aliens, he has to depend on Lex Luthor to defend Metropolis from massive tidal waves--but Lex has his own nefarious plans.
