Melt

A love story set against the backdrop of a retelling of The Wizard of Oz. Sixteen-year-old "good girl" Dorothy just arrived at the doughnut shop that is the social headquarters in Munchkinland. There she meets "bad boy" Joey, who tells no one about the domestic violence in his home. Dorothy is the voice of reason to Joey's acting out until something so shattering happens that she, too, may loose her grip. Can she endure or will she melt?.
