The Count of Monte Cristo

A graphic novelization of Alexandre Dumas' "The Count of Monte Cristo" in which nineteen-year-old French sailor Edmond Dantes is unjustly imprisoned on his planned wedding day, and after fourteen years of solitary confinement, a daring escape, finding hidden riches on the island of Monte Cristo, and a new identity, finally reunites with his love, Mercedes, and gets revenge upon his accusers.
