In the 1980s, David and Sarah are freshman students at a highly competitive performing arts school when they fall in love. Their relationship has its joys and challenges until the outside world penetrates this isolated environment in a shocking turn of events. A dozen years later, a new voice sheds doubt on the people and events of the past, and experiences one final shocking act.
