Write before your eyes

Twelve-year-old Gracie, feeling ignored by her parents, begins recording her thoughts in a journal which she soon discovers is magical and can grant her any wish, but before she can begin addressing major world problems, such as hunger and global warming, the notebook is taken from her, sending her and her crush on an adventure in search of it.
