Ultimate Spider-Man

Peter Parker and an old friend named Eddie uncover some secret work their fathers did on a protoplasmic bodysuit before they died. When the material composing it proves to be unstable, Peter vows to destroy it, but Eddie feels betrayed, dons the suit, and transforms into Spider-Man's greatest enemy, the maniacal Venom.
