The librarian's stories

In an unnamed city, the town library is destroyed by an act of war, causing fear and sadness in the hearts of the townspeople. Following the horrific event, the adults and children observe the town librarian reading books aloud in the town square. At first, the residents are reluctant to listen, and fear retribution by the soldiers. However, as the librarian persists in her daily readings, she attracts more and more visitors, especially children, bringing them comfort, hope, and healing.
