Moonraker

Secret agent James Bond is sent to investigate when M, his bureau chief, discovers that Sir Hugo Drax, a national hero in Britain who is donating millions of his own money to fund the Moonraker national defense system, cheats at cards--making him suspect in M's mind for other dirty dealings.
