Light years from home

Evie Shao and her sister, Kass, haven't spoken in fifteen years when their father and brother disappeared on a camping trip. Their father returned days later, but their brother, Jakob, has remained missing. Kass, believing her college-dropout twin just ran off, became the rock of the family whereas Evie threw herself into alien conspiracy theories. But the sisters are forced together once more when Jakob returns claiming he is on a mission to stop an intergalactic war. Now on the run from the FBI and a possible space armada, the Shao siblings must make amends with their unresolved family issues before Jakob can save the galaxy.
