Megaman and Lan Hikari go deeper into the UnderNet and meet PharoahMan from a ancient civilization, who has four warriors that are each as powerful as MegaMan, but MegaMan is determined to defeat them and become the strongest NetNavi in DenTech City.

Lan Hikari and MegaMan, the most powerful NetNavi in the Cyber Network, team up to save DenTech City from the evil Bass, who has the ability to mimic the power of any adversary.

Transformed by the mysterious "beast" program, MegaMan has developed the unwelcome power to turn into a rampaging monster; Lan's scientist dad searches for a solution while MegaMan and Lan try to deal with MegaMan's beastly new condition.

Lan and MegaMan must defend DenTech City against Bass, a juvenile delinquent who can mimic any foe's power and who is responsible for putting Lan and MegaMan on the top of DenTech City's most wanted list.

Lan and MegaMan are on the run and even with the help of BubbleMan, they can't escape the long arm of the law.

MegaMan, a cyberspace superhero, calls upon his best friend and NetOperator, Lan Hikari, as well as his superpal ProtoMan, in an effort to stop the evil Dr. Wily from taking over the Net with the deadly LifeVirus.

In the year 200X, on a utopian Earth fused with cyberspace, fifth grader Lan Hikari becomes synchronized with an Internet hero called MegaMan and finds himself fighting an evil organization seeking to destroy his near-perfect world.
