In Halibut Bay, Eddie and his dog Phil must give up their plans for fishing to help ailing Aunt Sue with her chores, which include throwing a pirate birthday party for Sue's friend, Captain Rugbeard.
The brothers have trouble adjusting when their mother decides that their lives need to involve more chores and less touring, and then they accidentally destroy their home movies while trying to make a present for their mother.
