When her grandmother dies, Mikage is taken in by Yuichi and his mother Ericko, who help her recover with their love and friendship, a favor Mikage is able to return to Yuichi when Ericko is suddenly killed. Includes a companion story, "Moonlight Shadow," also dealing with themes of love and loss.
