Rating the presidents

Draws from the results of a survey of over seven hundred historians and politicians to rank the U.S. presidents in the categories of leadership qualities, accomplishments and crisis management, character and integrity, political skill, and appointments, and includes essays that examine the virtues and shortcomings of each commander-in-chief.
