Johnny and Buddy, forced to find a new source of cash after Josh, their friend in crime, is killed during a heist, go to work for underworld king Elliot Davis, but when Davis leads Johnny's sister into the world of prostitution and drugs, Johnny and Buddy plan their revenge.
