Lisette's list

In 1937 France, Lisette Roux and her husband Andre move from Paris to a small village to care for Andre's grandfather, Pascal. Pascal, who owns important paintings from the masters, tutors Lisette in art and life before he dies. Taking his advice, Lisette makes a list of important things to do in life. Then WWII breaks out and Andre hides Pascal's paintings before going to war where he is killed. Lisette sets out to find the paintings, and along the way learns to forgive the past and live--and love--again.
