To the end of the Earth

The author provides an account of his experiences in 2005 trying to re-create the controversial 1909 expedition by U.S. Naval Commander Robert Peary, his companion Matthew Henson, and four Inuit men, who used dogsleds to reach the North Pole in thirty-seven days, a time many have said was impossible.
