Supergirl and the Legion of Super-heroes

The Legion of Super-Heroes, having played a crucial role in averting war in the galaxy, must decide if they are up to the task of being the officially sanctioned peace-keeping force of the United Planets, and whether or not to allow Supergirl, a superhero who has somehow traveled forward in time to arrive in the thirty-first century, to become a Legionnaire.
