Scar Chain defeats the Undertakers in battle and escapes, but Ganta and Shiro stay behind to continue fighting. Tamaki, the leader of Deadman Wonderland, begins developing Ninben, artificially created Deadmen, and Ganta's friend, Azami, is the first test subject.
