The case of the diamond dog collar

Cammie and Tessa Parks, daughters of the U.S. president, assume the large gems on the dog collar sent as a gift from the leader of a foreign country must be fake, but when two of them go missing, they start to think maybe the diamonds are real and set out to find the thief.
