Mines of the Minotaur

Thirteen-year-old Connie Lionheart, the only person able to communicate with the world's unseen mythical creatures, becomes alarmed when she starts to feel the pull of a dark power, and unable to convince the secret society that protects the bonds between humans and creatures that she is under attack, she retreats to an underground world in search of answers.
