Plastic surgeon Dr. Kate Dalton, a victim in high school of a popular clique known as The Six, has transformed herself into a beautiful and accomplished professional woman, but she becomes a prime suspect when three members of The Six are murdered shortly after her return to her hometown to care for her critically ill mother.
