The farm that ran out of names

The Birmingham water authority seizes Owen's and neighboring farms by eminent domain, build a dam, and begin filling the valley with water, but Owen refuses to leave his land. He builds an ark. When it pulls loose from its mooring, it is at the mercy of the wind and water.
