Property of the state

Joey Getchie has been property of the state for longer than he was in custody of his parents. His life is awful, but he has a plan. He will graduate high school and get out of the foster care system if it kills him. However, just when he had met a cute fellow foster child, Trisha, Joey clashes with his foster father and is forced to take residence at his workplace, Huntzel Manor, where he has to clear his name of many false accusations.
