Into the storm

Morgan, a sea witch, has a deep hatred for the merpeople whom she blames for her lover, India Finch's father, leaving her. She hopes to use a hurricane to destroy them, and when fourteen-year-old India warns the mer, Morgan summons a giant squid to attack India, India's grandfather, and any of the mer who get in the way.
