Charlie, the half-human, half-chimpanzee, has entered high school, in spite of the danger posed by the Animal Liberation Alliance terrorist group. Together with his new friend, Lucy, Charlie does his best to fit in, until a parent's worst nightmare occurs at Shrews High and he must do what only he is capable of.
