High school basketball captain Lilico is sad when she learns her parents are moving the family to America, forcing her to start over in New York City. Thankfully, anime-loving Nala and Henry befriend her, and with their help--together with aid from her guardian spirit, who happens to look like Nicco, her cat--Lilico thinks she just might manage to fit into this new life.
