Long bright river

In a Philadelphia neighborhood, a young woman named Kacey struggles with addiction, while her sister Mickey works as a cop. The two don't speak and the police department doesn't know they are related. However, when Kacey disappears, Mickey panics and risks her job, and the welfare of her young son, to find Kacey before it's too late.
