Cole throws down the gauntlet when a group obnoxious guys from Tokyo disrespect th small-town racing. Tak comes along for the ride as backup... but he may have to take the wheel if they are to beat these crass city boys! Later, a female racer named Kyoko has romantic feelings for K.T.--though the fact they have to race against each other may deflect cupid's arrow.
