BMX breakthrough

Since his accident, Billy Cruz has lost some of his confidence and has been holding back when doing his BMX tricks. Now, it is time for the BMX Breakthrough competition again and Billy must overcome his fears and sort out his feelings for the super-competitive Penny Allen if he wants to win.
