After Lacie Wagner's daughter is kidnapped, she receives a videotape which shows her daughter being burned alive, accompanied by a voice that is right out of Lacie's nightmares, and now, with the help of FBI agent Jack Stein, Lacie is forced to face her past and find the man whose quest for revenge is ruining her life.
