While true-crime aficionado Ellery and her twin brother are staying with their grandmother in a Vermont community known for murder, a new friend disappears and Ellery may be next. Determined to protect herself and get to the bottom of things, Ellery uses her knowledge of true crimes to seek out the answers to the secrets everyone in town seems to be keeping.
