Dragging Mason County

With his reputation in tatters after his confrontation with another gay student is posted on social media, openly gay high schooler Peter Thompkins needs something big to fix his image. To prove he's not a self-hating gay, he agrees to help his best friend Alan produce a drag show in their rural hometown. As a result, Peter must find a way to deal with catty drag queens, homophobia, protesters, and a cute boy, and soon he's uncertain if his friendship with Alan will survive until the curtain falls.
