The mystery at Fort Thunderbolt

Tim and Telly are frantic when they receive a message that their parents, doctors for the Center for Disease Control, have been quarantined due to an outbreak of Ebola in Zaire, and their efforts to somehow get from Georgia to Africa seem to be aided by a couple of ghosts.
